Optimus 810
Chemical Resistant Adhesive & Caulking
Product Description
810 is a slowest version of the 810/820 series and has the same physical properties found in all of this series. The 810 is semi self-leveling and allows greater standing time and much more "spread time" than the 820. This heavy gel polymer compound is used as an adhesive for bonding various materials together and is highly resistant to fuels and other caustic compounds. The product can be sanded and painted and is also used as a filler for surface imperfections in various plastics and other substrates for rapid repairing and sealing of cracks or damaged areas. The product retains its flex even in thick applications, the product is not brittle, with good sand ability in a short time. The product is black or non-pigmented having a white tint when mixed properly and after it has set. 810 & 820 have no odor and are 100% solids.
Application
810 may be used directly from the dual cartridge unit or plural component pump. Mixing of the product is through a static mixer.

Surface Preparation: Surface is to be free of all contaminants that would act as a bond breaker. The area to be sealed should be sound to the degree that good bonding of the product will result when properly applied. The area should be dry.
Curing Time: Back in service time –traffic- 1 to 1.5 hours approximately. Re-coat 30 minutes to 45 minutes @ 70°F. Full cure in 6 to 8 hours @ 70°F.
Concrete: Must be cured at least 28 days. All surfaces must be dry and dust free.
Shelf Life: Six Months, store between 70°F and 90°F.
Packaging: Packaging: 21 and 54 ounce duplex cartridge kits, 10 gallon kits (5 gallon pails) and 110 gallon kits (55 gallons per drum).
VOC Content: 0gms/1 or 0.0 lbs/gal
Limitations: Do use on wet surfaces or expose part A to moisture. Keep out of direct sunlight, store at room temperature. Do not allow the product to stand in the static mixer. Use at 5 degrees F above dew point. Keep cartridges warm when using product in cool conditions.
*Do not expose boxes of cartridges to sunlight or store in hot areas as this will accelerate gel time. Important: Hot conditions will speed the set time of the product, while cool conditions will slow the set time.
This product is for use by professional applicators only. Wear Protective Clothing. Read MSDS before using this product. DOT/Flash Point – Non-flammable Liquid Classification, not regulated.
